This document sets out the terms under which Cendralis provides Virtual CFO and outsourced fiscal management services to clients worldwide.

Services

Cendralis offers Virtual CFO support and outsourced fiscal management operations tailored to each project. Services may include budgeting guidance, planning advice, regular analysis, and compliance assistance.

Products and Content

Cendralis may offer digital courses, downloadable templates, and physical items. Each category is subject to the conditions below.

Use of Services

Clients agree to provide accurate project details and timely responses to enable proper service delivery.

Fees and Payment

All fees are due as per the schedule agreed in the project plan. Payments are non-negotiable once made, except as outlined in our refund policy.

Refund Policy

Services

Requests for a refund for prepaid service hours must be made in writing no later than 7 days before the first scheduled session. Approved refunds are credited back to the original method of payment within 14 business days from approval. Clients may request a reschedule at least 48 hours before the agreed time. If this notice is not provided, the fee is forfeit due to the reserved allocation of specialist time.

Digital Courses and Downloads

Clients may request a refund for a digital course or downloadable template within 14 days of purchase, provided less than 20% of the content has been accessed. Upon approval, the fee will be reimbursed via the original payment channel within 14 business days. Access rights will be revoked upon issuance of a refund.

Physical Goods

Purchased items may be sent back to us within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in original condition. Clients are responsible for shipping costs. Refunds will be issued within 14 business days of item inspection and will be credited to the original method of payment. We may offer a replacement or a postponement of shipment if product is out of stock and client agrees.

Limitation of Liability

Cendralis shall not be liable for indirect disruptions or any special damages. Total liability shall not exceed the sum paid by the client under the relevant agreement.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal statutes of Canada.
